- Where will my dog wait?Some groomers use crates or cages before and after the groom and some are cage-free. Ask how long a dog is crated and who checks on it.
- Do you ever sedate dogs?Ask whether the groomer ever sedates a dog, and what they do with a scared one. Talk to your vet if your dog is anxious.
- Which vaccinations do you need?Many groomers ask for proof of rabies vaccination, and some for others. Ask what they need and how to send it.
